Dan Orloff
Founder, CEO
Dan's expertise in community and public relations adds value to each client relationship. While an advocate in the public arena, Dan provides the tactical solutions behind the scenes that drive growth and success, help clients retain key customers and improve margins. His strength lies in his keen understanding of local politics, his access to business and community influencers, and his ability to facilitate creative affiliations and strategic alliances.

Prior to co-founding Orloff/Williams in 1992, Dan directed corporate marketing for the City of San Jose's Office of Economic Development. He started his career successfully marketing commercial real estate in the East Bay and Silicon Valley. Dan is on the board of several non-profits and is an active member of Rotary Club of San Jose.


 
Nanci Williams
Founder, of Counsel
With nearly two decades of operational and management experience at Orloff Williams, Nanci Williams has developed a sharp eye for how business gets done in the Bay Area. An entrepreneur who quickly built her own successful advertising business, Nanci's strategic thinking is instrumental to clients as she demonstrates again and again that big ideas can trump big budgets.

Prior to her 20 years as managing partner at Orloff Williams Partners, Nanci's background includes years of experience working at marketing firms from New York to San Francisco. She is past president of the Silicon Valley Association of Advertising Agencies, has served as chair of the San Jose/Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce, and has been recognized by the Public Relations Society of America. Nanci is the recipient of the American Advertising Federation's Silver Medal for lifelong achievement in the advertising industry, and is an American Leadership Forum Senior Fellow.


 
Mike Bohrer
Principal, Creative Direction and Branding
Mike oversees all creative direction for the agency's clients. His strength lies in his no-nonsense, common sense analysis and formula for branding and positioning. He provides clients with clear creative direction, whether for building a new brand, repairing an old one, launching a multimedia campaign or communicating a single message. Mike guides clients to deliver their promise eloquently, elegantly and consistently.

Mikes experience includes 20 years of mentoring creative teams. Some of the brands that have benefited from his extensive expertise include eBay, Sun, The Learning Company, MCI, Disney, Philips, Fujitsu, Silicon Graphics, Egghead.com, Intel, Applied Materials, Telivisa, Shuz Magazine, Santa Clara University and more.
